The Danbury Ski Club was founded in 1955 and has been a member of the Connecticut Ski Council (CSC) since 1956. We have over 600 members who participate in downhill skiing, snowboarding, cross-country skiing, telemark skiing, snowshoeing, and many other winter activities.
But your fun doesn't end when the snow melts: we also have picnics, parties, hiking, biking, SCUBA diving, whitewater rafting, canoeing, kayaking, volleyball, softball, rollerblading, golf, camping, happy hours and many other activities. We are truly a club for all seasons! Danbury Ski Club members get huge discounts on lift tickets through the Connecticut Ski Council's Discount Lift Ticket Program and save even more with CSC Awareness Days and CSC Season and Lodging Discounts. Our Weston, Vermont lodge offers members affordable accomodations just minutes from Southern and Central Vermont's top resorts. The club also participates in ski and snowboard racing, ski and snowboard instruction, and many charitable activities. We also run trips throughout the year -- not just skiing but diving and other activities too! -- and offer many opportunities to get involved with your community and make new friends. Singles, couples and families all call the Danbury Ski Club their own and we always welcome new members.
